In my journey to create my dream life I realized how much my perfectionism was holding me back. It kept me from making decisions, which caused me to be stuck or overwhelmed by the number of possible choices. I kept me from trying new things, taking risks and putting myself out there.

In essence my perfection was a self created mind trap.

This lead me to realize that in order to achieve my dream life I had to overcome my perfectionism first. 

In my research I realized how common perfectionism is in women and how so many people feel like it's impossible to change, like they were born a perfectionist or it's just who they are.

I have news for you my friend, You were NOT Born A Perfectionist.

This is why I created The Prescription for Perfectionism Program. I will teach you how to rewire your brain so you are no longer caught in the perfectionism mind trap.

I want to share with you about how I went from feeling lost and uninspired to designing my dream life and living intentionally to make it happen. 

 

A few years ago I was feeling stuck, unfulfilled, and burned out. The things that use to drive me and excite me about my life didn't seem to matter much after a cancer battle. The truth is I had changed, I had become a different person through that experience. But who was this new me? I needed to discover who I was and what was important to me. 

Working with a life coach made all the difference for me. She helped me to understand why I felt the way I was feeling, and why I had the results that I currently did in my life. I learned that if I wanted different results I needed to change the way I was thinking and who I was becoming.

I started implementing her strategies and my life began to change. I began feeling happier and hopeful. I felt that I was free from guilt that kept me from make changes in my life that I had been longing to make. For the first time in a few years I felt excited about my life and my goals and could see how living my dream life was possible. I no longer felt trapped and afraid to make changes. I refused to let life pass me by and feel regret years later for not having the courage to make changes in my life. 

It was through my life coaching experience that I transformed my mind, which transformed my life. I want to do the same for you!
