Step 1 (Module 1) - Reassess

To begin any great journey the first thing you need to know is where you are starting from. To start we analyze the version of you now so we know what's working for you and what's holding you back. 

Module Highlights:

This module is all about going deep, asking yourself questions to gain awareness of who you are now. In this module you will:

• Uncover Your Limiting Beliefs
• Identify areas you feel stuck 
• Discover the ways you self sabotage 
• Understand your current self-identy and core values

Step 2 (Module 2) - Reorienting

Now that you know where you are starting from, the you that you are now, the second thing you need to know on your journey is where you are going. This is a critical step as it develops intentionality and purpose to your life. Without this we wander in circles, or stay stagnate in life, wasting time and energy and creating more frustration. 

Module Highlights:

You will gain clarity, direction and purpose by vividly defining your dream life. 

• Learn the power of trajectory
• Design your dream life
• Uncover your dream foundation
• Create your dream board

Step 3 (Module 3) - Rewriting

In this module we analyze your past as it's what brought you to your present day self.  I'll show you how to rewrite your past in a way that serves you. Without this step you may continue to be a victim of your past and recreate more of the same results.

Module Highlights:

It's easy to be a victim of your past.  Becoming aware of these past events and how you benefitted from them empowers you to let go or to create new results in the future. In this module you will:

• Discover the top 5 reasons why your past may be holding you back
• Learn a tool called The Model 
• Dissect and rewrite your past in a way that serves you 

Step 4 (Module 4) - Reinventing

This module is where you get clarity on the type of woman you have to become to accomplish your extraordinary goal and to make that dream life a reality. Wanting different results than you have in life now requires a different version of you. 

Module Highlights:

You will create your detailed reinvention plan with who you need to become in order to accomplish your big goals and to start living a life you love.  In this module you will:

• Create an extraordinary goal to work on for the next 12 mo
• Create a reinvention plan for the next version of you
• Create a 12 month time capsule

Step 5 (Module 5) - Redefining

This module is all about putting your reinvention plan into action and getting results.  It's redefining the way you live your life, showing up and living as your future self. We will spend 4 weeks in this step where you will develop new habits and skills and you will start living as that future version of yourself. 

Module Highlights:

We will go over the top 10 skills needed to make your dream life a reality.

• Living as your future self
• Constraining and applying the 80/20 principle to increase your momentum and productivity
• Becoming an energetic match for your future 

One thing you will learn in my program is that everything in life begins with a thought. This course, your cell phone and your job. 

I'll show you how our thoughts create our results. This is why it's o important to become aware of your thoughts and limiting beliefs. You will learn a whole new way of looking at the world and from that understand how we are all responsible for creating the results we want in life, including your dream life.

What I do know is nothing changes if nothing changes. If you want something different in life you have to have different thoughts and take different actions.
