Power of Intentional Thought Creation

Did you know on average we have over 60,000 thoughts a day? Around 80% of those are negative thoughts.  

 

In a given day 95% of our thoughts are the same thoughts we had the day before. (Stats from the National Science Foundation)

 

Given those statistics, you can see how it’s so easy to stay down, stuck, frustrated and create more of the same results.

 

That’s why there is such power in intentional thought creation.

 

It’s easy to think of thoughts as harmless and meaningless insignificant things. However, thoughts can be very powerful, whether they are unconscious ones or ones that you are intentionally choosing to think. 

 

Whether you want to create something different in your life, change your energy, accomplish a goal, or change a bad habit, it all begins with your thoughts.

 

Step 1 - Become aware of what you are thinking and notice how often the thoughts pop up.

Step 2 - Intentionally choose a thought to replace it with, a thought that serves you better.  

 

By shifting your thoughts you shift your energy.  

Letting go of the negative energy gets you out of being stuck or disempowered energy state and into energy that pushes you forward.

 

Today practice observing your thoughts and the energy and feelings they create.

 

Is there a particular thought that keeps popping up that does not serve you?

 

Start with that thought and choose another thought that you could try out and notice how that new thought makes you feel. How does your energy change?

 

Practice this thought each day for a week and let’s see your results at the end of the week.
